The lands of Andalucia have
been yeilding olive oil for more than twenty centuries.
The Roman Empire cooked with and enjoyed the healthy
aspects of Andalusian olive oil, and this has continued
to the present day.
This long-held tradition in the harvesting of the olive
and the making of Andalusian olive oil has its roots
in the lands of Jaén, where the towns of Escañuela
and Arjona can be found. These towns are the homes to
the olive and people who know well how to obtain the
very best Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Their olive oil mill, called “Molino de
Aceite de San Isidro”, owned by Aceites
San Antonio and located at the center of the
growing fields, has been making exceptional Extra Virgin
olive Oil for more than a century (since 1888). This
oil has proven health benefits and has been tested by
professional oil tasters. |
